ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sian — certified personal trainer, mum of two, and founder of The PT Method by Sian. I’m
based in beautiful Adelaide, South Australia, and I work with clients both in-person and online
through flexible and hybrid training.
At 43, I know what it means to juggle family, career, and self-care — and I’m here to help others
feel strong, capable, and confident at any age. Whether you’re new to fitness or ready to level up,
my approach is realistic, sustainable, and empowering.
Outside the gym, you’ll find me hitting the trails on my mountain bike, running through the hills,
hiking, lifting weights, beach-walking, and making memories with my family.
